Pop Out is Connect 4 with one extra rule: instead of dropping a disc on top, you may pull your own disc out from the very bottom of a column. Everything above it falls down one row.

The game is a draw. That way nobody can force a win by completing the opponent’s line first.
The board and the goal are the same, you just have two options each turn instead of one. Games tend to run longer and end in a draw less often.
