1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or playing on Lethalgames (https://lethalgames.eu), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Fair Play & Acceptable Use

To preserve a fun and competitive environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using chess/AI engines, bot scripts, or external assistance during ranked multiplayer matches.
• Rating manipulation, intentionally disconnecting, or win-trading.
• Harassment, abusive language, or hate speech in chat and usernames.
• Attempting to attack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform infrastructure.

Violating these guidelines will result in chat muting, rating forfeiture, or account termination.

3. Subscriptions & Virtual Items (No Pay-to-Win)

Lethalgames will never sell gameplay advantages. Paid tiers (Plus, Pro, Club) provide cosmetics, convenience, analysis tools, and ad removal. Subscriptions are billed and managed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and can be cancelled at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Lethalgames shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law & Contact
